Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt and in the original packaging.

At the time of original purchase if you received any credits, discounts, bonuses or gift certificates they will be reversed with return. Any bonus items, credits or gift certificates that are not returned, the full amount will be deducted from the original price.

If you do not have your original receipt a Store Credit will be issued at our discretion.

Sales on Clearance items are final.

• SHOES

When trying out your footwear, please wear it only on carpet and/or clean, smooth flooring with socks on. To exchange/return shoes they must not show wear, be in re-sellable condition and all applicable tags still attached. Shoes must be accompanied by the original box with the original receipt. Returns/exchanges must be within 14 days of original purchase.

• UNIFORMS

Original tags must be intact. If garment has been worn, altered, hemmed, soiled or laundered refund/exchange will not be granted. Exchange/return must be within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

• TENS

We stand behind the quality of our Commercial Quality TENS units. If you are not satisfied for any reason or if there are any defects you can exchange/refund it within 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Opened self-adhesive pads are not returnable for health reasons and a charge of $14.99 will be applied.

• MEDICAL SUPPLIES

If you are not satisfied for any reason you can exchange/refund any unopened, unused medical supplies within 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. If they are defective you can exchange/return item when accompanied by the original receipt.
